One used Azco, Model SP 4D Sachet Type Desiccant Inserter. This unit is self-threading and will feed, cut, and place the pouches directly into bottle. It dispenses pouches up to 89mm/3. 5" wide (maximum web width) and 6 mm/0. 25-inch-thick at speeds of up to 100 pouches per minute. Waffle grip belt system grips material on both sides. Electrical 110 volt/1 phase/5 amps. Unit requires 90 psi/6 bar compressed air. Complete with factory controls and mounted on portable "h" frame with casters and central telescoping mounting.
