One (1) used Filamatic Model MNB Monoblock Piston Filler/Plugger/ Capper. The filler has two nozzles and two pumps for dual stage filling, plugger and screw capper. This unit operated previously inside of a cleanroom and meet FDA standards. Last used to fill contact lens solution. Filler was producing from 30 to 50 BPM running a foaming product. Non foaming product may run faster. Filler includes change parts for the following size containers 1/2 oz Boston Round, 1 oz Boston Round, 2 oz Boston Round, 4 oz Boston Round, 1.25 oz Oval bottles,4 oz Oval bottles. Comes with cap and plug change parts for 20mm cap and dropper tip for Boston round bottles and 18mm cap and dropper tip for oval bottles. Viscosity of solution 1.42 to 9.22 centistokes (cleaner) 10 to 40 centistokes (solution). This filler come complete with everything pictured including the particle counter.
