Unit Features 3. 5" wide Becon style screw with 1" wide flights is 14'. 5" long encased in 150" long poly tube inside stainless steel tube with feed hopper, 6" diameter discharge and full length split body with removable upper half held in place by 20 Destaco locking clamps, conveyor is mounted from central pivot point allowing position to 107" discharge height. Conveyor has a full explosion proof electrical system featuring Model 2002-std-ci type x standard class i, div 1 rapid exchange purge system (cl-1- div. 2- gr. C and d additional rating). Controls feature forward/reverse, manual or foot pedal operation, mounted on stainless steel polished base frame (38" x 8') with casters and integrally mounted control panel, 18" x 18" x 18" deep hopper with 1" wide brim for cover (not included) level sensors and product vibrator, bottom clean out cap. Formerly used in food ingredient manufacturing.
