Blender features all pharmaceutical grade product contact parts with polished finish, rated for 50 cubic foot working capacity @ maximum product density of 55 lbs./cubic foot, blender is equipped with intensifier bar (some components and drive req), shell is 66" diameter with 5 horsepower motor belt driving gear reducer with spur and bull gear shell drive arrangement, pneumatic disk brake system, two horsepower "inching" motor for precise shell positioning. Blender shaft center line is approximately 80" floor height. Blender equipped with 18" access opening with four clamping closures, single piece cover with handle and o ring seal, 16" discharge with manually operated gemco swing valve and safety dump grate, mounted in mild steel fabricated factory floor stand finished in "steel it" paint, includes control panel.
