Kalix Twin Tube Filler Model KX 1100DBL, serial # 8319, built 11/97. Featuring all stainless steel construction, twin piston filling system, hot air tube closure, and coder. Carries twin tubes at each pocket in 12 station rotary 470mm diameter carousel with production speed to 180 tpm. Crimps tubes from 10 to 22mm and 50 to 150mm in length, with volumes from 7 to 50ml via bottom up fill, with 22mm volumetric fill pistons. No tube no fill. All stainless steel and glass safety guarding with electromechanical safety interlocks. Formerly filling 1" diameter/1.7 oz. laminate tube with cosmetic product. Automatic "EZ" tube feeder hopper.
