This filler features cassette magazine tube feeder, auto loading of tube into holders via vacuum, orientation of loaded tube into holders, bottom up filling of product into tube via diving nozzle and lifting of tube holder to diving nozzle, mechanical shut off of filling nozzle, crimping and coding of sealed tube, hot air seal, tube stripper & depressor, all contact points 316 stainless steel. Electrical 220 volts, 3-phase, 20 amps. Air requirement 100 psi.
