One (1) used Lee Industries Model 40-U7S Dual Motion 316L S/S Jacketed Kettle. This unit features all 316L stainless steel sanitary construction, fully jacketed body and 45 degree cone bottom with shrouded body, national board rated (# 9189) for 100 psi @ 338 f, all surfaces are polished for sanitary service, vessel is 30" diameter x 28" deep, vessel is dual motion agitated with single motion scraper agitator driven by two horsepower Eurodrive severe duty TEFC motor and gear box at final maximum rpm of 72, secondary mixer is a Lightnin Model X5C2 1/2 horsepower mixer directly driven at 1725 rpm maximum speed with 6" diameter three blade propeller. All agitators are driven through ac frequency controllers mounted on remote control panel. Vessel lid is dome top with all agitators mounted and mixer shafts are sealed passing through cover, o ring seal at vessel brim with 8 threaded screw down hand wheel closures, 6-1.5" inlets with tri clamp connections, one 8" port with tri clamp cover, one 4" port with 9" od 8 bolt flanged connection (for homogenizing mixer if needed), two lifting lugs, 2" center bottom discharge with pneumatically operated lee fluids flow flush seating ball valve. Kettle has 20" floor clearance, flush seating temperature probe, mounted on three interconnected legs on Mettler Toledo load cells, (controller req). Control panel has back plate mounting with three Vacon AC frequency controllers operating on 200-230 volt/3 phase/50-60 hz.
