One (1) unused Liquid Packaging Solutions 4 Head S/S Piston Filler. Filler features four (4) pistons and nozzles, a PLC with user friendly touchscreen interface, simple and quick changeover, tool free adjustments and is designed to integrate with existing equipment. Filler is equipped with two (2) 6oz piston capable of filling from ¼ oz. to 6 ounces and two (2) 64oz pistons capable of filling from 2oz to 64 ounces. Filler can be programed to do a double stroke which allow the machine to do up to a gallon fill. The max speed will depend on size of container and viscosity. Filler can be expanded to up to 8 pistons. Filler will operate at six (6+) cycles per minute 12 bottles per minute for 2 heads. Machine has never been run in production. All stainless-steel construction. Electrical 110 volts, 20 amps. Machine come complete with 48" SS unscrambler and 48" SS accumulating tables and hand cap tightener.
